Dale DeGroff’s Pimento Aromatic Bitters™ are developed by Master Mixologist and author of “The Craft of the Cocktails”, Dale DeGroff. These Pimento Aromatic Bitters can be used to spice a wide range of any classic or modern cocktails like the Manhattans, Old Fashions, Piña Coladas, Painkillers, Sazeracs, and punches. These bitters can be used for culinary practices as well, including stews, gumbos, and marinades.
Dale’s bitters are handcrafted and created using entirely whole botanicals, without commercial flavorings or artificial dyes. The Pimento Aromatic Bitters™ are made by blending pimento allspice berry with a hint of anise and other herbs. The result is a delightfully complex flavor experience.
- Produced at the historic Combier distillery (Saumur, France) by infusing and distilling a blend of select botanicals.
- Allspice berries provide the foundation of the flavor profile, which is layered with tropical and Mediterranean spices. The natural occurring essential oils of pimento are believed to aid circulation, arthritis pain, anxiety, and more.
