Recipes:
CAFE ROJO
- 3/4 oz raspberry gum
- 2 oz rum
- 1/4 oz coffee liqueur
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- dash aromatic bitters
*Shake all with ice and strain into a coupe
FLORADORA
- 1/2 oz raspberry gum
- 1/4 oz ginger syrup
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 3 oz club soda
*Build in a highball filled with ice. Stir. Garnish with lime.
