However, we do recommend you request a digital proof before production. Our policy lasts thirty days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Your item should be in the original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. The item should be in its original packaging.
